Almond deal directly with regional or organizational customers who pay for the app so that you can use it at no cost. 

Every new user needs to be linked to one of these customers by entering a membership code provided to them by an organization. 

Without this step, we couldn't ensure new users have a legitimate relationship to an Almond customer.
